Our largest meeting space boasts 1,946 square feet of space and seats up to 107 attendees in a theater-style format. Ideal for large gatherings or conferences, the Royall Ballroom can also be separated into two salons, which hold 36 and 74 attendees, respectively. Each area features an HD TV screen and a drop-down projection screen for your presenting needs. Our event coordinators will work with you on a seating layout that best suits your agenda.
Whether you’re part of a small business looking to host an offsite event or gathering your friends and family for a day to remember, we’ll help you turn our Boston Mutual Room into the perfect space for your event. This 612-square-foot space seats up to 36 people and features an HD TV screen for presenting needs.
The Dunkin’ Room is perfect for small team meetings or social get-togethers. The 552-square foot-room features a HD TV screen and a drop-down projection screen. It also includes direct access to our beautiful courtyard. The Dunkin’ Room is named after Hilton Garden Inn Boston Canton’s claim to fame as the first hotel in the US to exclusively serve Dunkin’ Donuts coffee.
The Revere Room doubles as a private dining room and intimate meeting space. The 260-square-foot space, with an HD TV, also boasts ample natural light through large floor-to-ceiling windows that look out onto our courtyard.
For fresh-air events, The Garden offers a charming outdoor space with a fire pit, dining area and casual seating, both covered and uncovered. This area is conveniently located between the hotel’s meeting and event spaces, with easy access to the bar or restaurant, making it ideal for outdoor cocktail receptions, breakout sessions and impromptu meetings.
